SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP – Move away from pain!

Uncover hidden dynamics in relationships; free yourself from emotional entanglement and the negative impact of traumatic experience.

(Finishing times can vary, depending
on the last constellation on the day. Usually it works out that we can finish earlier.)

Parking: At the location a few parking permits can be handed out (first come, fist serve, £1 each). There is no non-permit parking available. Best would be to use Redbridge Park & Ride (see link)
Public transport: Available. Nearest bus stop: Abingdon Road adj./opp. Whitehouse Road, Stop ID: oxfadtjw (see link and click on blue bus stop sign for further information)

Investment: £65 if you wish to do your own constellation; £30 for participants, who observe or offer to be representatives only.
If you do decide to do your own constellation during the workshop, and there is time for it, you will be sur-charged £35 on top of your £30 fee, payable in cash or by cheque on the day.
By paying £30 in advance, you secure your place on the workshop (details see below).

Lunch break: Approximately from 12:00 pm – 13:00 pm

Bring: Comfortable clothing; lunch to share; a bottle of water; a brief (!) time line of your family history containing only (in keywords) major heart breaks in your family history (like early deaths, secrets, illnesses, crimes etc).
I will provide herbal teas, coffee and biscuits.

If you have had a constellation by the end of the workshop, you will have to pay a sur-charge of £35, payable in cash or by cheque.

The only way to secure your place is upfront payment. Without, I will not guarantee a place on the workshop.

I will fully refund you, if you cancel 14 or more days before the event. I will half-refund you if you cancel 7 to 13 days before the event. No refund is given if you cancel from 6 days before the event.

Maybe you get the opportunity to do your own constellation, even if you hadn’t indicated you wanted one by the start of the event. I attempt to do 3 to 4 constellations per day during the workshop; but sometimes it just doesn’t work out like that, there can be more, there can be less. If you indicated beforehand that you wanted to have your own constellation and you find there wasn’t time during the day, then you just do not pay the £35 sur-charge. My workshops will happen regularly, so there will be another opportunity to have a constellation.

Coming as a representative gives you the opportunity to see how constellations work, but you will most certainly also get a lot out of it by resonating to the healing that takes place during constellations and finding parallels to your own life or situation.

SUPPORT GROUP WITH FOCUS ON HEALTH ISSUES (from May 2013)

Every Tuesday evening, 7:30 – 9:30 pm, South Abingdon.

We will use systemic constellation work and Gestalt-therapeutic elements (like Psychodrama) to find the sources of our (health) issues and support/motivate/initiate healing processes.

You might suffer from re-occurring migraines or chronic back pain; whatever it is that you come along with, we can have a look at the situation and might find a link to a family entanglement.

Systemic constellations often reveal that health issues derive from entanglements in the family system. Not seldom we find that in the past family members have been either excluded or not been given the place they deserve in the family system, or heart breaks have not been given the care and attention they deserved. Illness can often be linked to exclusions, suppression or entanglements.

The idea is not to substitute medical treatment, but to add to it.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. The work is experiential, therefore it is difficult to bring across the value that a constellation can have in a healing process. Being part of a constellation – and even to just observe it – can show how powerful it can be.
