“Mind Body Spirit Thames Valley” is a group for adults of all ages, genders, races, beliefs, sexual orientations, who think of themselves as Seekers; who feel the need for head space; who would like to regularly go inside; reflect; connect with their heart and with others; who enjoy community with like-minded people; who want to grow at their own pace and find out who they really are and what they really want.
The meetings will mostly take place in South Abingdon in a private house in this group room, which holds up to 10 participants.
