Discover the Power of Mindfulness for Peace and Wellbeing
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to find yourself trapped in a cycle of relentless thinking. Our minds often bombard us with a constant stream of thoughts, many of which are critical and self-defeating. This incessant mental chatter can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and even physically unwell over time.
If you are seeking more peace and calm in your life but can’t imagine sitting still on a cushion for long periods, mindfulness might be the perfect practice for you. Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and cultivating a gentle awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without judgement. It’s a practice that can be integrated into your daily life, providing a sanctuary of calm amidst the chaos.
Why Choose Mindfulness?
Mindfulness helps you break free from the automatic responses and negative thought patterns that often lead to stress and anxiety. By becoming more aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can learn to respond to them more skilfully, rather than being swept away by them. This shift in perspective can bring profound changes to your mental and emotional wellbeing, fostering a sense of inner peace and balance.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, individual coaching provides a personalised approach to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine effectively. 2-hour workshop: “Create Your Own Mandala”
When I made my first own mandala on a cake board, I was chuffed about the outcome. It wasn’t perfect, by any means, but I felt joy immersing myself in this mindful process; and it and it has been amazing gazing at since. I have now got two of my favourites on the wall and give them to loved ones as gifts.

My next mandala workshop takes place on Friday 5 December, 17:30 – 19:30 at Kennington Village Centre, Kennington, Oxford, Room 1. Price: £22 plus fees. Book here.
You can monitor my offerings and dates here or on my Events page.

I have found that energy follows intention, and this practice has proven to work very well for me and others.
8-Week Mindfulness Group Courses
For those who prefer a structured learning environment, I also offer 8-week mindfulness group courses. These courses provide a supportive community setting where you can learn and practice mindfulness alongside others. Throughout the course, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of mindfulness principles and techniques, guided by experienced instruction and interactive sessions. You can be sure that you will get more for your money than you anticipated, as I will keep in touch with the group throughout and offer bite-size encouragement and motivation. If you can’t make one or two of the sessions, I will fill you in so you don’t miss out on too much.
Take the Next Step Towards Tranquility
If you’re ready to embark on a journey towards greater peace and calm, I’m here to support you. Booking a one-to-one session or joining one of my 8-week mindfulness courses could be the transformative step you need.

2-hour workshop: “Vision Board 2025”
Come and experience the magic of mindfully creating a mandala. It is a process during which calming background music will be played, and the focus will be on the present moment. You’ll be drawing lines, shapes, dots and/or writing, from the inside to the outside, with acrylic pens, on prepared, ca 18 cm wide cake boards. All materials provided. These also make very lovely gifts.
Set your intentions for the whole year ahead and create a visual representation of your wishes and needs on a white A3 piece of card, choosing pictures and words from magazines and glueing cut-outs or rip-outs to your paper. It could look something like this:

By offering personalised coaching and structured group courses, my aim is to help you navigate the complexities of modern life with greater ease and clarity. Embrace mindfulness and discover the profound impact it can have on your well-being.
